Frequently Asked Questions About Subscriptions
We will despatch your first box as soon as you sign up, your following boxes will depend on how often you’d like your subscription.
The first charge will be on the date of purchase. Subsequent charges will be on the date you subscription renews and is sent out.
None, you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime for future payments yet to leave your account. To manage your account, please login here
Please note we cannot refund payments once they’ve left your bank account.
If you are within our local delivery area, then delivery is free - shipping info. For national deliveries, you will be charged £5.99 for delivery.
If your subscription size and beer choice cost over £60 then you will receive free shipping on your orders.
Any other purchases on our webshop will need to be separately ordered and paid for.
If you are expecting to receive your shipment but haven’t, first thing we ask is that you check that the payment has left your account. You can email us at shop@unbarredbrewery.com with any issues, we’ll come back to you during office hours (Monday to Friday 9-5pm).
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the UnBarred subscriptions.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate individually requested delivery dates or times.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
