Every month, we will send you a box of 10 beers containing our latest releases and our regulars, depending on how many new UnBarred beers we’ve brewed and released each month.
We’ll include our newest beer drops, and whilst the value of each box will vary month on month, the payment is fixed and over the year you’ll win! We’ll include ad hoc goodies in your box, like free pint tokens for UnBarred’s Taproom. In the second month’s subscription box, you'll get a free UnBarred Tulip Glass!
We will despatch your subscription box in the first week of each calendar month.
You need to have subscribed to the box before midnight on the 27th of each month. If you subscribe to the UnBarred Beer Club after then, you will be included in the subsequent month’s subscription.
For example, if you subscribe to the UnBarred Beer Club on the 27th Feb, you’ll receive your box in the first week of March. If you subscribe anytime from the 28th Feb (inclusive) to 27th March, you’ll receive your subscription box in the first week of April.
The first charge will be on the date of purchase. Subsequent charges will be on the 28th of each month.
None, you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime for future payments yet to leave your account. To manage your account, please login here
Please note we cannot refund payments once they’ve left your bank account.

*Shipping to the UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge of £14.99.
Unfortunately as a small microbrewery, we can only do so much, and are reliant on the Shopify platform. Any other purchases on our webshop will need to be separately ordered and paid for.Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.
If you are expecting to receive your shipment but haven’t, we ask that you check that the payment has left your account. And you can email us atshop@unbarredbrewery.comwith any issues, we’ll come back to you during office hours (Monday to Friday 9-5pm).
We curate your UnBarred beer box, and everyone in the UnBarred Beer Club receives the same beers monthly.
We can’t accommodate substitutions to the beer selection in your UnBarred Beer Club subscription box. We won’t be able to adapt your beer selection based on allergies or intolerances, please consider this before subscribing. UnBarred reserve the right to change the final contents of the box vs any advertised contents (for example, as a small microbrewery, on the rare occasion a beer were to be unexpectedly out of stock, we would replace it with a suitable alternative).
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the UnBarred Beer Club subscription box. Cannot be exchanged for alternative items. Nationwide shipping is not included in the price of the box. UnBarred Beer Club beer boxes will be despatched in the first week of each month and you will receive a shipping notification when on its way. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate individually requested delivery dates or times
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
